A standout opportunity for an experienced PE/M&A lawyer to join the Knowledge Management team of a leading US law firm on a 12-month FTC initially (maternity cover) on a full or part-time basis. This role would suit either an existing PSL or a strong fee-earner/in-house lawyer looking to transition into Knowledge Management. The team is highly supportive, making this an excellent springboard into future PSL opportunities.
Working closely with the KM Partner and wider PSL team, responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing PE/M&A knowhow and precedents
- Current awareness and legal updates
- Supporting training programmes and client materials
- Assisting fee-earners with technical queries
- Helping drive precedent technology
The firm is looking for a UK qualified lawyer with c.5+ PQE and a strong Private Equity / Private M&A background from a leading City, regional or international firm or in-house. Highly competitive compensation for the PSL market.
