One of the top firms in the City, our client is looking to hire an experienced private equity lawyer, ideally with at least 4 or 5PQE, who would like to step away from the demands of fee-earning into their first knowledge lawyer role, or alternatively an existing private equity-focused knowledge lawyer looking for a more interesting, innovative role.
The partners are seeking someone keen to help drive forward the know-how function within the private equity team, working on initiatives and strategy, with a focus on AI. The knowledge lawyer will report directly into the private equity partners responsible for know-how and will also work closely with a senior knowledge lawyer and be fully supported by a senior knowledge paralegal.
The partners are happy to accommodate those wanting to work full-time or 4 days a week.
