A market-leading construction practice is looking to recruit an experienced contentious construction lawyer with at least 5 years' post‐qualification experience gained within another highly regarded London construction disputes practice. Due to succession planning, there are genuinely good, longer‐term prospects for the right person, who will be a key, strategic hire for the team. This role will involve managing and driving forward complex, often high‐profile, construction and engineering disputes (domestic and cross‐border): adjudications, litigation (TCC and High Court), and international arbitrations. The role will also work closely with the firm's non‐contentious construction and real estate teams, the wider litigation group and international counsel.
