An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented Commercial Litigation Associate to join a highly regarded disputes practice in London. The team advises on a broad range of complex, high-value commercial disputes, including contractual claims, shareholder disputes, fraud matters, contentious regulatory issues and other business-critical litigation. The work is frequently international in nature and offers exposure to sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional matters for major corporates, financial institutions, private equity sponsors and other leading clients.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative and ambitious team with an excellent reputation in the market and a strong pipeline of high-quality work. Associates are given significant responsibility from an early stage and work closely with partners on strategic, high-profile matters.
Qualifications:- 2–5 years' PQE gained at a leading UK or international law firm (top Tier law firms only)
- Strong commercial litigation experience
- Experience of managing complex disputes and High Court litigation
- Excellent academics (2.1 degree minimum) and technical ability
- Strong drafting, analytical and client-handling skills
