A prestigious US law firm with a strong London presence is seeking a talentedIP/IT/Technology Transactions Associate (2–4 PQE) to join its expandingCorporate team .
The role involves a mix ofcorporate support on M&A and private equity transactions as well asadvising on commercial contracts, IP, IT, and data privacy matters . The successful candidate will work closely with leading partners on high-profile, cross-border transactions in fast-paced, technology-driven sectors.
Requirements:

• England & Wales qualified
• Trained and currently working at a top-tier City law firm
• Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 from a top university)
• Experience in corporate support with exposure to IP/IT and commercial matters
