An exciting role has arisen for an International Arbitration Paralegal to join a leading US law firm permanently in London.
The Firm: The firm predominantly handles complex, high-value disputes with high-net-worth clients.
The Role: You will play a crucial role, providing vital support to fee earners daily. Duties will include:
- Provide high-quality Paralegal support to Partners, Counsel, and Associates.
- Case management duties.
- First-level reviews.
- Assisting in filings and hearings (negotiating contracts, attending hearing venues, assisting the submission phases).
- Project manage all paralegal aspects of assigned cases while working directly with legal teams across international offices.
- Manage and coordinate projects and competing deadlines across multiple cases.
- Advise legal teams on best practice approaches to procedural and administrative aspects of cases, document productions, and hearings.
- Undertake exhibit preparation and quality-checking.
- File and review arbitration and court documents.
- Attend Arbitration and court hearings.
About You: Law degree or equivalent qualification is essential. Previous International Arbitration experience from ideally a law firm environment.
Salary: The successful International Arbitration Paralegal will be offered £42,000 per annum, plus bonus.
