EJ Legal is seeking a 3–6 PQE corporate lawyer to join its in-house team in Brighton. You will lead buy-side workstreams on 10–15 bolt-on deals annually and play a meaningful role on 4–5 platform deals, drafting SPAs, investment agreements, and related instruments.
You’ll structure deals to be founder-friendly and work closely with the founders and deal team. The role offers genuine PE exposure with a fast-growing, founder-led private equity firm.
