About the Role:
A leading international law firm is looking to expand its London Real Estate Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing, collaborative practice at a pivotal stage, working closely with partners who bring both investment banking and in-house experience.
You will work on a full range of commercial real estate finance matters, including lender and borrower‑side transactions, data centres, and cross‑border financings. The team emphasizes structured training, early responsibility, and deal ownership, making it an ideal environment for associates looking to develop a broad and high‑quality skill set.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2–6 years PQE (exceptional candidates slightly outside this range will be considered)
- Strong experience in commercial real estate finance
- Background from Magic Circle, Silver Circle, top international or smaller specialist firms
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset; keen to take ownership of your own work
