The team is recognised for advising employers, senior executives, partnerships and family offices on a broad range of complex and sensitive employment matters. The team is particularly regarded for advising senior individuals and partnerships.
Role
- Advising employers on day‑to‑day employment law issues and strategic workforce matters
- Acting for senior executives, partners and individuals on contentious and non‑contentious matters
- Employment Tribunal litigation and dispute resolution
- Advising on exits, restrictive covenants and team moves
- Partnership and LLP disputes
- Workplace investigations and disciplinary matters
- Corporate support work on transactions and restructurings
- Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, service agreements and settlement arrangements

Candidate Profile
- Be a qualified solicitor with circa. 2–4 years' post‑qualification experience in employment law
- Have experience acting for both corporate and individual clients
- Have a mix of contentious and non‑contentious employment experience
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge across a broad range of employment matters
