Overview

Aleading US firm, our client is looking to recruit an experienced employment associate, ideally with around 4 years\’ post-qualified (E&W) employment experience from another highly-regarded employment team.The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of both advisory and transactional experience, including the employment aspects of cross-border M&A, workforce restructuring, employee relations, recruitment, severance, workforce classification and restrictive covenants. The team works across the full spectrum of employment law, with a particular focus on complex and/or cross border issues for multi-national clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advisory and transactional employment support across (and including) cross-border M&A matters.
  • Assist with workforce restructuring, employee relations, recruitment, severance, workforce classification and restrictive covenants.
  • Advise on complex and/or cross-border employment issues for multi-national clients.

Qualifications

Approximately 4 years\’ post-qualified (E&W) employment experience from another highly-regarded employment team.
