This elite US firm is seeking a driven paralegal to join their highly regarded Funds team, based in their London office. Responsibilities
Drafting and preparing board minutes
Organising and maintaining internal and external trackers
Reviewing and analysing investor application packs
Conducting legal research and assisting with drafting

Have 3–6 months of Funds experience
