A rare junior opportunity for a commercial technology lawyer, with a minimum of 1 year’s PQE, to join one of the market-leading TMT teams in the City and internationally. This role will work for a number of Partners across the firm’s TMT practice on a wide variety of commercial technology matters including outsourcing, AI and emerging tech, cloud services and SaaS, complex commercial contracts, tech procurement and data privacy matters. The partners are looking for an ambitious associate with a strong background in commercial tech-related matters from another leading UK or US team and a keen interest in digital transformation and all things AI and emerging tech.
