One of the market-leading TMT practices in the UK and globally, our client is now looking to recruit an experienced associate to join the London team in a managing / senior associate role, which will include leading transactions with limited supervision, supervising juniors and playing an active role in business development. This highly respected team handles the full range of advisory, transactional and regulatory (digital and data) work in the TMT space, including (for example) commercial and technology contracts, outsourcing and cloud contracts, AI, data privacy, digital infrastructure, licensing. In addition to a strong standalone practice, the team draws on expertise from across the firm. Many of the TMT deals are innovative, complex and cutting edge.
