A leading mid-market law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation & Arbitration Associate at around 2–4 PQE to join its highly regarded London disputes practice.
The team is highly ranked and handles a broad mix of complex, high-quality litigation and international arbitration.
The work is frequently cross-border and includes complex contractual and corporate disputes, shareholder and joint venture matters, banking and financial disputes, as well as some fraud and asset recovery work.
The team has a particularly varied client base.
This would be an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys high-quality disputes work but is looking for a mid-market environment offering greater responsibility, strong client contact and a more sustainable working culture.
Candidates should have strong commercial disputes experience gained at a well-regarded City, international or leading disputes practice.
Experience across both litigation and arbitration would be advantageous, although candidates with predominantly commercial litigation experience and an interest in developing their arbitration practice are also encouraged to apply.
