The team acts on complex, international and high-value disputes for a broad range of clients, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, sovereign entities and high-net-worth individuals. Matters frequently involve allegations of fraud, asset tracing and recovery, cross-border enforcement and urgent injunctive relief.
The successful candidate will take on significant responsibility, work closely with leading practitioners in the field and play a key role in managing sophisticated disputes from strategy through to resolution.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years' PQE gained at a leading disputes practice
- Strong experience in civil fraud, commercial litigation, investigations or related complex disputes
- Excellent technical ability and case management skills
- Experience of managing matters and supervising junior lawyers
