A leading London disputes practice is seeking a talented Associate to join its highly regarded Civil Fraud team.
The team advises governments, multinational corporations, financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals on complex, high-value and often cross-border disputes involving fraud, asset tracing and recovery, injunctive relief and enforcement proceedings.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist practice and work alongside experienced practitioners on some of the most sophisticated disputes in the market.
Candidates should have:
- 1–4 years' PQE gained at a leading UK or international law firm
- Strong experience in commercial litigation, civil fraud, investigations or complex disputes
- Excellent academics and technical ability
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
