We are working with a leading international law firm looking to recruit an Associate into its highly regarded Infrastructure, Energy, Resources & Projects practice in London.
The team is one of the largest and most established in the market. It advises on major UK and international transactions across infrastructure, energy and the energy transition.
- This is a broad transactional role, with the successful Associate gaining exposure to:
- Infrastructure and energy M&A
- Structured transactions and equity financings
- Project development
- Major infrastructure projects
- Energy transition transactions
- Complex cross-border matters
The firm is looking for an Associate with approximately 2β4PQE gained at a leading City or US firm.
Candidates should have relevant infrastructure, energy, resources and/or projects experience and a strong academic background.
The role offers excellent quality work within a market-leading team, significant international exposure and the opportunity to develop a broad infrastructure and energy practice rather than being confined to a narrow specialism.
