A leading City firm, our client is keen to recruit an experienced employment associate to join its renowned employment practice which undertakes the full range of employment work, acting for both employers and employees.
The employment partners are looking for a talented employment lawyer with at least 5 years' post-qualified experience gained within another highly-regarded London or major regional employment team (UK qualified) and an entrepreneurial mindset.
The partners are happy to consider an individual coming from either an employer or an employee-focused practice who would like to work with a broader range of clients moving forward.
This role will encompass a genuinely broad range of contentious and non-contentious/advisory employment law, working alongside a number of partners. Corporate support will only be a fraction of the work as the team has such a strong standalone employment practice.
As a senior lawyer in the team, the individual who takes this role will supervise junior associates, manage client relationships and engage in networking activities, something which the partners encourage and fully support.
