An award winning full service law firm is seeking driven and ambitious Future Trainees to join their Corporate Team in their London office. Responsibilities
- Assisting with pre‑seed investments, fundraising rounds, shareholder agreements, M&A transactions, and corporate restructurings
- Preparing and submitting Companies House filings
- Drafting board minutes and other legal documents
- Liaising with the other side or other parties as appropriate
- Preparing written advice for clients
About you
- Strong academics including law degree or equivalent qualification
- A training contract secured commencing in early 2026
- Previous paralegal experience (not essential but a bonus!)
- A willingness to get involved with various tasks in the office to assist with business needs
