Are you an experienced Trade Mark Attorney looking for a career-defining move? Have you attained experience of supervising and developing a team? Do you possess genuine enthusiasm for Trade Mark law, coupled with a passion for brands?
A globally revered international law firm is looking to appoint a motivated, commercially robust and strategically capable Chartered Trade Mark Attorney (CITMA) with a proven track record in their respective field. Whilst your level of post-qualified experience is important, your demonstrable client-management expertise of handling cases at the UKIPO and EUIPO is essential.
You may have acquired such experience within a UK private practice, law firm or indeed in-house department, displaying sound judgement when advising clients, reflecting your own legal experience and commercial acumen. You should also possess strong academics, technical ability, and excellent communication skills, with an innate capacity to persuade and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Previous experience of business development will be required, as this senior role will assist existing Partners to develop and strengthen existing client relationships. You will work with Partners in the preparation and implementation of client pitches, offering your own thought leadership insights.
