We are assisting a global firm with a market-leading international real estate practice to hire a Senior Associate. The position requires a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualified real estate experience gained within another leading City practice or major regional real estate team with international reach. The partners are seeking an ambitious commercial property lawyer who has strong, lead associate, transactional real estate and (preferably also) real estate finance experience, working on significant real estate matters.
Joining the team at a senior level, this individual will lead transactions, supervise juniors, and help to maintain and develop relationships with key clients, as well as networking more widely within the firm and externally to build their own practice.
The team (and this role) works on the full range of commercial real estate transactions (investment, development and corporate occupier), as well as dealing with the property elements of real estate finance transactions, acting for a high-profile domestic and international client-base.
