An elite US firm, our client is looking to recruit a mid-level commercial IP & Tech Associate with at least 3 PQE (England & Wales qualified), to join the London commercial team, a role that has arisen out of the growth role of the London practice. The partners are seeking an ambitious lawyer with a strong background in commercial contract law and a broad range of both advisory and transactional commercial, IP and tech experience from another highly regarded UK or US IP / Tech team. On the advisory side, the work includes drafting and negotiating general commercial and IT contracts; IP licensing; high profile sponsorship agreements; outsourcing, and dealing with the IP and tech aspects of M&A deals. The team acts for a number of high-profile global clients across various industries including consumer and retail and luxury goods.
