You are currently an IP specialist Partner, with a proven background in handling Intellectual Property litigation cases in the High Court, IPEC, OHIM and the IPO.
You may be working in a full-service law firm or PATMA private practice with either a Patent oriented client-base, or soft IP (Trade Marks/Copyright) practice.
