A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Funds Paralegal to join a top US law firm in the City of London on an initial 6-12 month contract. The role:
- You will work closely with a senior Partner-led team, contributing to the lifecycle of credit fund matters. This includes fund formation, investor onboarding, fund closings, regulatory compliance, and general fund management.
- The position offers hands-on experience and exposure to a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating practice area.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with fund formation and structuring documentation
- Managing investor onboarding and KYC/AML processes
- Coordinating fund closings and tracking subscription materials
- Supporting regulatory and compliance filings
- Liaising with clients, counsel, and third-party service providers
