The Role:
This Paralegal role would suit a highly motivated and detail-oriented paralegal with at least 12 months of Corporate or Banking experience from another top law firm. This role offers exposure to high-value, complex matters across the firm’s Banking, Corporate, and Asset Finance teams. You will be part of a dynamic team of paralegals and trainees, based in the Central London office, with occasional home working permitted depending on client needs.
- Supporting the Banking, Corporate, and Asset Finance teams on challenging, high-profile transactions
- Working on matters such as lender work, aviation finance, and share sales
- Conducting legal research, drafting documentation and managing transactions
- Due diligence and client correspondence
About You:
We are looking for a driven, efficient, and hard-working Paralegal who is eager to build a long-term career in Corporate and Banking law. The ideal applicant will have:
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience at a top law firm
- Strong academic credentials and legal research skills
- Completion of the LPC or SQE1
