A top-tier firm with one of the leading construction practices in the City is looking to recruit an experienced contentious construction associate, preferably with around 3 or 4 years’ post-qualification experience gained within another highly regarded London construction litigation practice. This role will involve working within a cohesive team on a varied range of interesting, complex (and often high profile) construction and engineering disputes, often with an international element, and playing a lead role on adjudications, litigation (TCC and High Court), and arbitrations. The team also works closely with the firm’s non-contentious construction and real estate teams, wider litigation group, and international counsel. The firm is known for having one of the best associate training and development programmes in the City.
