Are you a motivated and meticulous Commercial Litigation Paralegal eager to gain hands-on experience at a leading global law firm? This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading and well-respected Complex Litigation Team, where you’ll play a key role in handling high-profile commercial and corporate litigation matters.
The Role:
As a Complex Litigation Paralegal, you will work alongside an experienced legal team, providing essential support in trial preparation and case management working with an enviable client list of household names. Whilst this is initially a 6-12 month contract, previous Paralegals in this team have been offered TCs with the firm!
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare trial and hearing bundles.
- Conduct document review and due diligence.
- Draft, proofread, and amend legal documents.
- Liaise with internal and external counsel in the UK and globally.
- Conduct legal research and draft concise memoranda.
- Assist with firm-wide project work.
- Maintain document, transcript, and work product databases.
About you:
- Minimum of 6 months’ paralegal experience, ideally in litigation.
- Prior trial preparation experience is highly desirable.
- LPC qualification is preferred, but strong paralegal experience will also be considered.
- A law degree or equivalent qualification is essential.
