We are assisting an elite global firm to recruit a corporate M&A associate, ideally with at least 3 years’ PQE, into its market-leading energy and infrastructure sector practice in London as it continues to grow. The hiringpartners lead a highly successful team, acting on a wide range of significant international and cross-border energy and infrastructure sector M&A, joint venture, equity and other corporate transactions (including those involving renewables, energy transition, oil and gas, LNG and petrochemicals). The preferred candidate will be working in another leading London UK or US corporate practice and will have a broad range of "hands on" transactional experience working with clients across the energy and infrastucture sector. Prior exposure to oil and gas and infrastructure transactions would be especially helpful.
