Are you an ambitious Commercial Property Paralegal ready to take the next big step in your legal career? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the highly regarded Commercial Real Estate Department of our prestigious client. Based in London, the successful paralegal will be offered a full-time, contract role with a salary of up to £32k, dependent on experience.
The role is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with some of the most respected solicitors in the market, working on a range of commercial property transactions. You’ll be involved in a broad range of commercial property matters, including disposals, acquisitions, leases, and development projects. The types of deals you are likely to work on include:
- Acquisitions, disposals and lettings for developers, corporate clients and HNWIs
- Complex residential, industrial, retail, and mixed-use development projects
- Portfolio acquisitions
- Bank lending and refinancings
The ideal candidates should have:
- Substantial experience working in Real Estate and Commercial Property
- Experience dealing with HM Land Registry applications and requisitions and SDLT returns
- Familiarity with technology e.g. Excel, Word
- Strong research skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure
- Strong academics
