A leading international firm, our client is now recruiting for a banking and finance associate, with a least 1PQE gained within another leading City UK or US firm, to join its highly-regarded London Banking & Finance practice, as the team continues to grow domestically and internationally. This role will work cover a broad range of complex debt finance transactions, including acquisition and leveraged finance and general corporate lending, acting for a broad, international client base made up of sponsors, funds, investment banks and major corporates.Junior associates are encouraged to take on early responsibiity (under mentorship and supervision of the partners and senior associates), including helping to draft and negotiate the key finance documents, interacting directly with clients and engaging in business development.
