We connect top-tier Filipino professionals and talents with global businesses, especially fast-growing startups building high-performing teams. We are expanding in the UK and seeking a Sales Executive to help us reach local companies and startups, drive new business growth, and build long-term partnerships.
Role Overview
We are looking for experienced sales professionals who have worked inside recruitment or staffing companies, selling recruitment or staffing solutions to clients. Experience in offshore recruitment or offshore staffing sales is a strong advantage. We are looking for a confident closer with full-cycle sales experience and deep understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients from startups, tech companies, and other businesses in the UK that use recruitment services and offshore staffing solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → proposals → negotiation → closing.
- Build strong relationships with HR/Talent leaders, Founders, and senior decision-makers.
- Identify market opportunities and support the company’s growth strategy.
- Represent Eiva HR at HR, staffing, and outsourcing industry events.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of sales or business development experience within a recruitment or staffing company.
- Proven success selling recruitment or staffing solutions (retainer, contingency, RPO, sourcing, offshore staffing).
- Strong advantage: experience in offshore recruitment or offshore staffing sales.
- Full sales cycle experience and strong understanding of recruitment workflows.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent English + CRM proficiency.
