We are expanding in the UK and seeking a Sales Executive to help us reach local companies and startups, drive new business growth, and build long-term partnerships.
We are looking for experienced sales professionals who have worked inside recruitment or staffing companies, selling recruitment or staffing solutions to clients. Experience in offshore recruitment or offshore staffing sales is a strong advantage. We are looking for a confident closer with full-cycle sales experience and deep understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry.
- Acquire new clients from startups, tech companies, and other businesses in the UK that use recruitment services and offshore staffing solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → proposals → negotiation → closing.
- Build strong relationships with HR/Talent leaders, Founders, and senior decision-makers.
- Represent Eiva HR at HR, staffing, and outsourcing industry events.
A minimum of 3 years of sales or business development experience within a recruitment or staffing company.
Proven success selling recruitment or staffing solutions (retainer, contingency, RPO, sourcing, offshore staffing). Strong advantage: experience in offshore recruitment or offshore staffing sales. Full sales cycle experience and strong understanding of recruitment workflows. Fluent English + CRM proficiency.
