We are looking for an exceptional Specialist to join our Integrated Care team covering the North of the United Kingdom.
PURPOSE
In this role you will support specialist NHS centers in the use of Eitan Medical Infusion solutions. Drawing on clinical expertise, the post-holder will champion the standard of care through connectivity, demonstrating how Eitan Medical's drug delivery and infusion solutions improve patient outcomes, efficiency and safety. The specialist will build trusted clinical relationships, deliver a first-class customer experience, and work to make Eitan Medical the partner of choice within chronic homecare patient population.
MAIN ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Therapy centers e.g Home Parental Nutrition to increase new patient referrals and patient conversions onto Eitan Medical solutions.
- Promote the standard of care through connectivity, demonstrating how Eitan Medical's drug delivery and infusion technology improves patient outcomes, safety and efficiency across the patient pathway.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clinical teams, including nurses, pharmacists, consultants and specialist multidisciplinary teams within each therapy area.
- Provide expert clinical and product support, including training, in-service education and onboarding, to ensure confident, safe and effective use of Eitan Medical solutions.
- Work in collaboration with the wider integrated care team to develop and deliver account plans that grow referrals and conversions within each center.
- Identify and engage key clinical opinion leaders to advance the integrated care agenda in line with the company's clinical and commercial strategy.
- Act as the voice of the customer, feeding back clinical insights and market intelligence to inform the development of new services, products and care pathways.
- Achieve agreed revenue and activity targets, managing your territory effectively and reporting progress accurately and in a timely manner.

Experience & Qualifications
- Sales experience is not essential – this may be the candidate's first sales role – but a genuine interest in a commercial, target-driven role is important.
- A clinical background within one of the relevant therapy areas – Home Parenteral Nutrition, Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, specialist Immunoglobulin or Enzyme Replacement Therapy – Essential.
- Clinical credibility and the ability to build strong relationships with consultants, nurses, pharmacists and specialist multidisciplinary teams – Essential.
- A full and clean UK driving licence – Essential.
- A relevant degree – Desirable.
