What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support project teams by gathering, organizing, and tracking due diligence materials requested by clients, investors, and lenders.
  • Assist in reviewing partnership agreements and other documents under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist in the preparation of closing draws for projects starting construction.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly bank draws and accounting adjusting journal entries for projects under construction.
  • Assist in preparation of engagement letters.
  • Assist in the preparation of state certifications.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing Qualified Contract materials, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • May be required to occasionally work extended hours, or travel to/work from different firm offices and/or client locations.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be currently pursuing the following degrees/majors: Bachelors and/or master's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent program from an accredited college or university.
  • 0-2 years recent public accounting experience.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • This position does have in-office requirements.
  • Must be able to reliably commute to assigned office location and client sites as required.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications

  • Final Graduation of December 2026 through September 2027.
  • Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA: 3.0).
  • Strong MS Excel and MS Word skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Great communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
