Disclosure Lead and Team Assistant UK/ROI – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Your new role

We are looking for a Disclosure Reporting Lead & Medical Team Assistant UK/Ireland to be responsible for the following duties for a 12-month fixed term contract:

  • Supporting the Medical Director, the UK Market Access Team, the EMEA Medical Information, Medical Compliance, and Medical Signatory teams.
  • Responsible for disclosure of the Transfer of Values (“ToV”) made to UK and Irish Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Healthcare Organisations (HCOs), Patient Organisations and UK Members of Public

What are we looking for?

  • Educated to GCSE or equivalent standard
  • Understanding of SOPs and local pharmaceutical code (desirable)
  • Experience of working in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Working knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice
  • Demonstrated team administration experience
  • Experience of organising meetings (internal and off site).
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills to include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience working in a product related or marketing environment – advantageous.
  • Knowledge of budgetary procedures and understanding of expense process
