Your new role The Associate Director Payer Evidence and HEOR, GV&A will be responsible for developing the Global Payer Evidence Strategy Plan, Strategy and Messaging for Eisai products with a focus on chronic insomnia and with contribution to Alzheimer’s disease.

This is an experienced and seasoned individual, who has demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical industry or consulting within the area of health outcomes and health economics and with a Global remit. The role requires a strong technical background in evaluating clinical data and leading HEOR analyses such as systematic literature reviews, indirect treatment comparison, network meta-analysis and various data syntheses including compiling and reviewing reports and presentations for internal and external payer use.

A pre-requisite for this role is strong collaboration, communication and training skills to adeptly explain and disseminate strategy, projects and results. Experience and interest in building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships is key. It is expected that the Associate Director will work independently to complete analyses while proactively providing updates to the project team and according to timelines and requirements.

The candidate should have a good working knowledge of the range of healthcare reimbursement systems and reimbursement guidelines. This position is ideal for a candidate with a strong modelling and analytic background.
