Your new role
With the purpose to be 'the gateway to patients worldwide', the organisation drives to become 'Smarter' with a more integrated, automated, and real data driven operation. We therefore have started our digital transformation journey towards Smart factory. As a Business Systems Analyst you will sit within the team who is the partner of the manufacturing site and a key driver of the transformation journey. You will work with the Manufacturing Business Process & Systems Manager to manage the full lifecycle of business systems within scope. You will lead the technical elements of the expansion and integration of relevant existing systems within the warehouse expansion project, in line with Eisai's strategic new product introduction. You will also support other Smart factory digital transformation initiatives.
What are we looking for?
- Degree or equivalent qualified (no specific subject required)
- Must have:
- Experience working in GxP environment
- Good understanding of GAMP 5
- Experience in supporting & maintaining IT business systems such as MES, SAP ERP
- Good understanding of all components that form an IT business system (hardware, software, data, networks, security, etc.)
- Good understanding of system interfaces and integration
- Experience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Experience working with Tulip platform
- Experience working with ServiceNow
- Hands-on, flexible, driven to support stakeholders
- Self-starter, ability to work under own initiative
- Ability to identify, understand and convert business opportunities into technical solutions
- Good problem solving
- Good team player
