Wir setzen auf Sie, unsere Rechtsabteilung, zuständig für Eisai Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz und CEE (Central Eastern Europe) ab Oktober 2025 zu unterstützen als
Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) Legal (20 Std./Woche)
– Befristet für 2 Jahre –
Ihre Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Überprüfung von Standardverträgen und rechtliche Vorprüfung individueller Verträge z.B. Dienstleistungsverträge
- Unterstützung beim Vertragsmanagement mit Ärzt:innen, Krankenhäusern und Patientenorganisationen bzgl. der Kodizes der Freiwilligen Selbstkontrolle der Arzneimittelindustrie (FSA), z.B. Prüfung von Veranstaltungsstätten und -orten
- UnterstĂĽtzung von rechtlichen Recherchen
- Beantwortung von Anfragen nach vorheriger Abstimmung mit dem Legal-Team
- Sonstige Unterstützung, bspw. mit Standard-Emails, weiterer Administration, Dokumentation und Archivierung von Verträgen
- Unterstützung des Legal-Teams bei sämtlichen anderen Legal Themen (insbesondere Vertrags- und Datenschutzrecht)
- Sie studieren Rechtswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsrecht mindestens im 3. Fachsemester –Vorkenntnisse im Pharmarecht sind von Vorteil
- Sie arbeiten sorgfältig und haben eine hohe analytische Denkweise, um juristische Sachverhalte sorgfältig zu bearbeiten
- Sehr gute Word- und MS Office-Anwenderkenntnisse wĂĽnschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- IT-Affinität von Vorteil
- Selbstständige, gewissenhafte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten verbunden mit hoher Teamorientierung und einem freundlichen Auftreten
