You will join a well thought out training programme that will support your soft skills, alongside building your technical skills in your role. You will be given real responsibilities from day one, which gives you the opportunity to learn from highly experienced team members and colleagues.

Role: Warehouse Apprentice

Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire

Salary: Starting from £21,048 and increasing annually based on performance

Working arrangement: A blend of Office and College days

Apprenticeship offered: Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship Level 2

Length of programme: 24 months

Have you ever wondered where medicines are stored before they are loaded onto Lorries? Warehousing is a vital part of the supply chain and if you would like to be a part of this exciting industry, our role as an apprentice in our Warehouse Team could be the perfect role for you.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside experienced Operators picking and packing stock in our modern facility using forklift trucks and IT skills to monitor lifesaving medicines for patients.
  • Packing and shipping of finished product to the customer.
  • Booking in and locating of materials into the warehouse management system.
  • Sampling of raw materials, API and bulk product.
  • Participating in continuous improvement opportunities that result in cost savings and more efficient and compliant ways of working.
  • Performing frequent stock checks on all Storage Types to maintain accurate stock information on SAP system.

The Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship will be provided by the Chartered Institute of Export and International Trade and will be a 15-month duration. You will have 1 study day a week and will be joining virtually. You will be expected to be on site at our offices 4 days a week.

Recruitment process:

All offers and contracts will be sent by 13th April 2026. Should you be successful, you will be invited to an in-person event on the 14th May 2026.
