The Field Marketing Manager will activate strategies and plans that drive awareness and demand across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), and emerging markets. This role is primarily focused on executing activities outlined in the Field Marketing Plan, while also contributing to the planning process through insights and collaboration with cross-functional teams. It offers the opportunity to execute integrated marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, and customer engagement initiatives on a global scale. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on marketing experience, a get it done mindset, and a strong focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute field marketing initiatives in Europe, ensuring alignment with the broader EMEA strategy and regional sales objectives.
- Plan and support regional events, conferences, and sponsorships across key European markets, ensuring seamless execution and ROI tracking.
- Assist with planning and executing social and paid media campaigns in collaboration with social and paid media teams, ensuring timely launches and reporting.
- Partner with strategic alliances, industry influencers, and associations to enhance co-marketing opportunities and brand visibility in the region.
- Oversee lead generation and pipeline acceleration efforts, ensuring proper lead capture, nurturing, and handover to sales.
- Track and analyze regional campaign performance metrics (ROI, MQLs, pipeline contribution) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with the sales enablement team to distribute content effectively, offering recommendations to enhance content mobilization.
- Contribute to global account-based marketing (ABM) strategies by partnering with sales and demand generation teams to provide proactive marketing recommendations and support.
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and influencers to support co-marketing initiatives worldwide.
- Identify and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency across field marketing programs.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in field marketing, event management, or demand generation in Europe.
- Hands-on experience in planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns and events across multiple European countries.
- Understanding of European market dynamics, cultural nuances, and business environments.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience in measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, digital marketing, and partner teams to drive go-to-market initiatives.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar CRM/automation platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional European language skills (French, Spanish, Italian) are a plus.
- Prior experience in the insurance, fintech, SaaS, or technology industries is preferred.
- Ability to travel within Europe as needed to support events and field activities.
