EIS Group is seeking a VP of Professional Services to lead a growing portfolio of customer program delivery across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. This remote/hybrid role requires building trust with C-suite clients, directing both onshore and offshore teams, and ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Reporting to the Global SVP, you will drive service excellence, develop scalable delivery processes, and advocate AI-enabled improvements.
