A number of opportunities has arisen for high-performing UK-qualified solicitors to join top-tier offshore law firms in the Cayman Islands. We are seeking ambitious associates and senior associates from leading UK, Magic Circle, Silver Circle, US, or top-tier international firms who are looking to accelerate their careers in a sophisticated international practice while enjoying a significantly enhanced quality of life and tax-free earnings.
The Opportunity
You will advise global financial institutions, investment funds, private equity sponsors, multinational corporates, and high-net-worth clients on complex cross-border transactions involving:
- Private equity and M&A
- Investment funds
- Banking & finance
- Structured finance
- Capital markets
- Regulatory and corporate advisory matters
- Aviation and asset finance
- Restructurings and insolvency

What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 PQE
- Training and post-qualification experience from a leading UK or international law firm

- Experience in funds, finance, restructuring, corporate, regulatory, or tax-driven transactions is particularly attractive.
