We are looking for an innovative and energetic teacher to join our dedicated staff at Ysgol Eirias to teach Mathematics. The post is to commence in September 2026 for a full time temporary post (2 terms) as maternity cover.
Successful candidates will be well qualified Mathematics specialists with a passion for Maths and Numeracy as well as an enthusiasm for working with inquisitive young minds. The school has been embracing the Curriculum for Wales for a number of years and covers all AoLEs, including Mathematics and Numeracy through the Year 7 to 9 Curriculum. The Faculty teaches Curriculum for Wales in Years 7 to 9: this is followed by GCSE Mathematics and Numeracy. They also offer A Level Mathematics, Further Mathematics and Finance.
The successful candidate will be required to teach Years 7-11 Maths.
Closing date for applications is Monday 9th February 2026 - 9a.m.
