EIR Labour Hire are looking for experienced Sheet Metal Workers to join a well-established, Australian-owned insulation and manufacturing company based in Croydon Park, SA. This is a long-term opportunity for skilled tradespeople seeking stable work, overtime, and a clear temp‑to‑perm pathway with a reputable employer.
What YOU get:
- Location: Croydon Park, SA (with some country and interstate travel)
- Pay: Above award, negotiable based on experience
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (+ overtime opportunities)
- Duration: Ongoing temp‑to‑perm opportunity
- Mix of workshop fabrication and site installation work

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Light sheet metal fabrication
- Fabricating lobster bends and cones
- Light cladding and modified metal cladding work
- Installation of insulation and cladding systems
- Assisting with polyurethane pumping (where required)
To Be Considered, You’ll Need:
- Experience in light sheet metal fabrication
- Ability to fabricate and install metal cladding
- Experience pumping polyurethane (advantageous)
- Willingness to travel interstate and to country jobs when required
- White Card and Working at Heights certification
- National Police Check
- Ability to pass a full pre‑employment medical
- Reliable, positive attitude
