Health IT Reporting Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Reporting Analyst to manage our Health reports.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical operations and service.

You will extract critical data from Service Now and transform it into actionable insights using Power BI.

Your reports will directly influence IT decision-making, track SLA compliance, and help optimize our infrastructure performance.

Expectations from the role

  • Data Extraction: Query and extract ticket, asset, incident, and change management data.
  • Dashboard Creation: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Metric Tracking: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreement (SLA) breaches, and system uptime trends.
  • Data Hygiene: Clean, transform, and model raw IT data to ensure absolute accuracy and consistency.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Present weekly and monthly performance trends clearly to Health Service Manager.

Requirements for a successful application

  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with basic ITIL frameworks, ticketing workflows, and IT infrastructure concepts.
  • Analytical Mindset: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for ad-hoc data analysis and VLOOKUP/Pivot Table operations.
  • Communication: Ability to translate complex technical numbers into simple, easy-to-read visual charts.
  • Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to meet strict daily, weekly, and monthly reporting deadlines.

Desirable Skills
