About this role:
Responsible for managing the customer relationship for one or a number of key customers within the clients portfolio delivering excellent customer experience
Expectations for the role:
- Analyse and regularly review service performance against Service Level and Operational Level agreements
- Ensure services are delivered in an efficient manner, maximizing profitability and demonstrating value for money internally and to customers
- Provide regular reports on service performance and achievement to the customer and internally
- Identify and manage any actions required to maintain or improve service levels
- Act as primary interface between customer and eircom, building and / or enhancing mutually beneficial relationships
- Improve customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with suppliers, both internal and external
- Instigate remedial actions to address any service affecting issues
- Analyse trends and identify areas for improvement
Requirements for a successful application:
- 3 – 5 years experience in a service management role within a managed services environment
- ITIL Service Management certification
- Customer focused
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High level of planning and organisational skills
- Previous experience in telecommunications or networking service environment would be advantageous
- Industry Background – Comms/ICT/Consulting/SI
- Managing external vendors
- Management of complex projects
- Knowledge of Operational activities
- Knowledge of Telecoms and/or IT technology and infrastructure
