About the Litigation Team: Established in November 2011, our multi-award-winning patent litigation practice is highly successful and well-ranked. Our team combines patent attorneys and experienced patent litigators, providing a comprehensive technical and legal evaluation of cases. • An appropriate professional attitude (personable, well-prepared, flexible, enthusiastic)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and structure coherent arguments
  • Ability to interact effectively at various levels
  • Capability to balance IP law knowledge with commercial considerations
