Are you an organised, people‑focused leader with a passion for operational excellence in a legal environment? We’re looking for a Litigation Practice Manager to join our team and play a key role in the smooth running and continuous improvement of our busy litigation practice.
In this role, you’ll lead our day‑to‑day litigation operations, oversee the litigation paralegal team and support financial and business development activities to ensure our practice runs efficiently. You’ll collaborate across teams, manage key workflows, and help maintain our strong reputation for client service and innovation.
You bring proven experience in legal practice management, litigation support, or a similar operational leadership role. You excel at managing and developing people, thriving in collaborative and fast‑paced environments. Your organisational skills, communication, and stakeholder management are second to none.
