Your mission when joining Einride as a Commercial Director Benelux will be to drive profitable growth in the Benelux region. This is a crucial, high-impact role where you will partner closely with Business Unit Solution Development, Charging and Operations to ensure customer success and identify new business opportunities.
You will:
- Drive the commercial activities in the region Benelux and increase revenue potential for Einride.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across key functions, including logistics, supply chain, operations, and sustainability.
- Consistently meet or exceed quota and pipeline coverage targets.
- Own the full sales cycle for accounts, from prospecting and stakeholder mapping to contract negotiation and close.
- Lead sales projects with a deep understanding of the complex technical requirements and dependencies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and deployment teams to design compelling, feasible solutions for potential customers.
- Translate global strategy into regional action, and provide feedback from the market to shape commercial strategy.
- Contribute to building a scalable sales process, including pipeline development, deal reviews, and forecasting.
- Represent Einride at industry events, panels, and customer meetings to evangelize the transition to sustainable freight.
We expect you to:
- Have 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales and business development.
- Proven success closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals with Fortune 500 companies.
- Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain, or sustainability-related technology and the challenges of fleet decarbonization.
- Expertise in value-based/solution selling, including TCO calculations and aligning multiple stakeholders behind a shared vision.
- Ability to work in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment with comfort navigating ambiguity and building processes from the ground up.
- Willingness to travel frequently to engage with customers and represent Einride at industry events.
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new aspects of the freight, EV, and autonomous technology industry β staying ahead of a rapidly evolving market.
