Role
As an Ecommerce Account Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Ecommerce to grow Einhell’s key ecommerce accounts and build strong partnerships that deliver long-term success. This role will focus on expanding national ecommerce customers, delivering joint business plans and using performance data to turn insight into action. With full ownership of account performance, you will help drive revenue, profitability and the future direction of the ecommerce channel.

- Own and grow a portfolio of key ecommerce accounts, building strong partnerships that deliver long-term growth

- Keep a close eye on market trends, competitors, and ecommerce developments, sharing insights across the business

Additional Requirements
- Experience in one of the following areas: ecommerce, account management, digital marketing or a commercial role
- Strong understanding of ecommerce, online trading and digital growth
- Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
- Full driving licence
- Willingness to travel to Liverpool and London when required
